If you're looking for a CBT therapist who is committed to supporting you gain back your life you're in the right place. Taking time to deeply understand you, I use Evidence Based approaches to support your own awareness. I'm at your side in guiding you to take back control of your life. Exploring at a pace comfortable for you we will take this journey together. I have worked in mental health for over 25 years, in settings such as schools, community support teams and secure services. I hold post‑graduate qualifications, including specialist training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Clinical Supervision. My main approach is CBT, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Inference‑Based CBT (I‑CBT), and I also draw on ACT for OCD within a compassion‑focused, nurturing framework. I specialise in treating OCD and anxiety, and my aim is that you feel deeply understood, gently supported and motivated with a real sense of hope that change is possible.
